Hi there, I’m Dré!
I am 29 years old and I am a qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist. I have always had a passion for exercise and sport since I was a child.
it’s a passion!
My passion is working with people and helping them grow and improve themselves.
I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and witnessing how exercise and a healthy lifestyle can transform not just their bodies, but also their mindset and self-perception. I enjoy teaching them about the human body and showing what it’s truly capable of when the mind is empowered.

I have never been to a gym. But getting older, I have noticed that I need to exercise. Exercising with Chandre' has been the best experience. Having her come to our house is the perfect solution. We don't need to leave home. If we don't feel like it, she comes anyway! I think we exercise a lot more than if we had to go to the gym. Chandre's sessions are well thought out and tailored to our capabilities. Every session is different so that we don't get bored. I was really nervous to start with a personal trainer. At my age, I couldn't bear the thought of being hauled over the coals by some vicious drill sergeant, but thankfully Chandré is nothing like that. From the outset, I found her to be encouraging and attentive to my fitness needs, gently pushing my boundaries and sharing in my successes. She is extremely knowledgeable about human physiology, health and fitness and is always well prepared for our sessions whilst still being flexible in her programme to accommodate any niggles or injuries. In addition to this, Chandré is a genuine, caring person who is really easy to talk to. Before starting my training with Chandré I was feeling lifeless - like I didn't have enough energy to meet the demands of my busy day, but these days, despite rapidly approaching 50, I feel as strong and vital as I did in my twenties. Through her encouragement and training I have also changed my approach to nutrition and am 15 kgs lighter. I always look forward to welcoming Chandré into my home for our sessions and would not hesitate to recommend her services.
